A Clear and Fair Agreement Between Us

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use OFOQ services.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provided is true and accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account security.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• These terms apply equally to individuals, institutions, and companies.

• OFOQ provides SaaS infrastructure enabling educators to build their own educational platforms.
• The service includes: content hosting, video streaming, student management, and payment gateway.
• OFOQ is not responsible for the educational content you publish on your platform.
• OFOQ may update or develop the service at any time with prior notice for material changes.
• The service is available 24/7 as per the Service Level Agreement outlined on the SLA page.

• Provide authentic, high-value educational content to your students.
• Full compliance with intellectual property rights — do not publish protected content without permission.
• Do not use the platform to spread misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Maintain a professional relationship with your students and deliver content as promised.
• Immediately notify OFOQ upon discovering any security breach of your account.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance according to your chosen plan (monthly / annual).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
• Advertised prices include all features listed in your plan with no hidden fees.
• In case of price increases, you will be notified 30 days before the next renewal.
• Successful payments are final — see the Refund Policy for exceptions.

• Publishing content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination in any form.
• Violating intellectual property rights of others or stealing educational content.
• Attempting to breach the platform or manipulate databases or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
• Creating fake accounts or deceiving students with misleading information.

OFOQ provides its services 'as-is' and makes every effort to ensure continuity. However, OFOQ shall not be liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or temporary service interruption beyond its control. OFOQ's maximum liability towards you shall not exceed the value of the monthly subscription paid in the month preceding the incident.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel.
• OFOQ reserves the right to suspend the account immediately upon violation of these terms.
• Upon subscription termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export.
• After 30 days post-termination, data may be permanently deleted.
• In case of a serious violation, OFOQ reserves the right of immediate termination without prior notice.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Both parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Egypt. You do not waive your legal rights by agreeing to these terms.
